Geoff Darrett is a full-time firefighter and real estate investor who is passionate about serving others. He loves helping families navigate some of life’s toughest challenges, especially when it comes to saving their homes or finding new opportunities. Having personally experienced foreclosure, Geoff understands the stress, uncertainty, and tough decisions that homeowners face. That perspective allows him to approach every situation with empathy, integrity, and practical solutions.
Beyond traditional sales, Geoff specializes in creative strategies like lease options, rent-to-own, and seller financing. These approaches not only provide homeowners with alternatives when they feel stuck, but also create opportunities for buyers who may not qualify for conventional financing. Lease-to-own options, in particular, can be a win-win for both sellers and families looking for a fresh start.
Whether he’s on duty at the fire station or helping families through real estate, Geoff’s mission is the same: to serve, protect, and create positive outcomes that bring dignity and peace of mind.

Roshunda “Ro” Darrett is passionate about helping individuals and families discover the best solutions for their unique real estate needs. With over two decades of experience as an educator, she places knowledge at the heart of her work—believing that informed decisions open the door to new opportunities.
Her own journey fuels her mission: after experiencing foreclosure nearly twenty years ago, Ro transformed that challenge into a calling. Today, she equips others with the tools, strategies, and confidence to overcome obstacles, avoid confusion, and step into a fresh start before foreclosure takes hold.
Ro offers a wide range of solutions—including lease options, rent-to-own programs, and seller financing solutions—designed to meet families where they are and provide flexible paths. She believes every real estate challenge carries the potential for empowerment.
